Job Summary
To support a large-scale capital expansion program within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the remote Project Management Excellence Lead - CapEx will establish project governance, controls, and execution frameworks while driving readiness activities for executive reviews and aligning project execution plans.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of project management governance standards and execution methodologies for a large capital program
- Drive readiness activities for executive stage-gate reviews, including stakeholder alignment and governance documentation
- Establish project controls frameworks and support the implementation of project controls technologies such as Oracle Primavera Cloud and Power BI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience supporting large capital projects valued at $200M+ in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
- Strong expertise in project governance, stage-gate methodologies, and project execution planning
- Hands-on experience with project controls platforms including Oracle Primavera Cloud and SAP PS/WBS
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred
