Job Summary

Leading the execution of critical product portfolios, the full-time remote Project Management Lead will architect delivery frameworks, oversee project delivery, and manage team capacity while ensuring alignment between curriculum and software development.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the delivery framework and implement operating rhythms for project execution
• Direct project delivery by overseeing schedules, dependency maps, and resource plans
• Drive risk management and issue resolution, acting as the escalation point for project blockers

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading project management or operations teams in EdTech, publishing, or SaaS environments
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies for project management
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing 3-5 direct reports
• Technical proficiency with advanced project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Notion
• Strong strategic communication skills for synthesizing project risks into clear health reports
