Project Management Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Project Management Lead, the candidate will manage multi-track programs and portfolios across digital strategy, products, platforms, and marketing, ensuring transparent and commercially sound execution while leveraging AI in delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small-to-medium programs and portfolios, providing day-to-day delivery direction and managing risks and issues to resolution
• Establish delivery guardrails for AI-assisted projects, ensuring human review and approval for outputs across workstreams
• Cultivate client relationships and communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior client leadership (Director, VP, C-suite)
• Expertise in Agile, Kanban, waterfall, and agentic delivery frameworks
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing program budgets and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with AI workflows and modern project management tools
