Project Management Lead

Job Summary

To support a large-scale capital expansion program in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the Project Management Excellence Lead - CapEx will establish project governance, controls, and execution frameworks on a remote, six-month contract basis with the potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project management governance standards and execution methodologies for the capital program
• Drive readiness activities for executive stage-gate reviews, ensuring alignment and documentation are in place
• Establish project controls frameworks, including KPI reporting and risk management processes, to enhance project performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience with large capital projects valued at $200M+ in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
• Strong expertise in project governance, stage-gate methodologies, and project execution planning
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Unifier, SAP PS/WBS, or similar project controls platforms
• PMP, PRINCE2, AACE CCP, PSP, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred
