Project Management Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time remote Manager, Platform Services Project Management will ensure efficient deployment of resources, oversee customer projects, and drive process improvements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of project managers to foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of platform solutions
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure PMO effectiveness and present findings to leadership
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Strong proficiency with project management software such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
- Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent is a plus
- Masters in management discipline is a plus
