Project Management Officer
Job Summary
To support the alignment between Product and Engineering teams, the full-time Project Management Officer will manage complex projects, drive timelines and results, and build trusted relationships in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Bridge Product and Engineering by translating priorities and ensuring alignment on scope and timelines
- Own project plans, track milestones, and drive initiatives to timely completion
- Identify and resolve blockers early while fostering collaboration and healthy team dynamics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program management or PMO within tech or product-led companies
- Genuine passion for Web3 and understanding of wallet infrastructure trends
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects between Product and Engineering
- Strong technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs and build credibility
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Linear
