Project Management Operations Director

Job Summary

As a strategic integrator and operational catalyst, the full-time remote Project Management Operations Director will manage the effectiveness of the PMO for a key client account, leading initiatives in governance, onboarding, and team efficiency while ensuring cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive PMO strategy and operational model evolution, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational growth
• Identify operational challenges and facilitate timely solutions, holding teams accountable for execution
• Serve as a subject matter expert on TRIRIGA, optimizing workflows and enhancing service delivery for the client

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading project management offices or delivery operations in complex environments
• Deep expertise with TRIRIGA or comparable enterprise workplace management systems
• Strong operational awareness, understanding capacity constraints and workload dynamics
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability
