Job Summary

To support and expand small business engagement initiatives, the hybrid Senior Professional, Project Management will lead inclusive business partnership programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate events while ensuring compliance with supplier diversity objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inclusive business partnership initiatives across the Mountain Pacific region
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with small businesses, clients, and community organizations
• Manage the planning and execution of Partnership 360 events and other small business engagement programs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in the AEC industry or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of small business, supplier diversity, and mentorship programs
• Experience supporting business development and strategic partnership initiatives
• Competent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
