Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, the full-time Advanced Specialist, Project Management will manage end-to-end delivery for multiple squads while ensuring alignment with business priorities and contractual obligations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for a medium-to-large program or multiple squads
• Own cross-squad dependency management, critical-path management, and risk mitigation
• Provide executive-ready delivery transparency status and facilitate program ceremonies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience
• Experience leading enterprise software delivery and scaled/Agile delivery environments
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs and globally distributed teams
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification strongly preferred but not required
