Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading small project teams on a full-time remote basis, the Advanced Specialist, Project Management will manage IT projects focused on product enhancements, ensuring successful completion of deliverables while overseeing project initiation, execution, and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project initiation and planning phases, including scope definition and resource management
• Oversee project execution, controlling, and closing phases, addressing risks and issues while coordinating across multiple projects
• Ensure project quality delivery and manage changes to project scope, budget, and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience, specifically in software development projects
• Strong Agile Scrum project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMI-ACP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred
