Job Summary

Delivery-focused and experienced, the full-time Services Project Manager will lead customer engagements and service delivery projects across the United States East Coast region, managing project execution throughout the full delivery lifecycle while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with customer commitments and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing service delivery projects, managing scope, schedules, and resources
• Implement communication plans and provide project status updates, including risk assessments and mitigation plans
• Interface with customers, engineering teams, and various stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or a relevant industry
• Proficiency in project management tools and network lifecycle activities
• Background in optical transport and networking environments, including DWDM and L0/L1 technologies
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
