Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing singular real estate projects from initiation through completion, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee planning, design, construction, and occupancy while working directly with clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management, including scope, resource requirements, and quality control
• Track project progress, report status, and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential threats
• Provide guidance to the project delivery team and ensure documentation governance aligns with company and client requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience in construction management, building management systems, and HVAC preferred
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities for financial calculations
