Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a large-scale SAP ERP modernization implementation, the part-time Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project activities, and ensure adherence to risk management plans while working remotely from Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates project activities with business managers and subject matter experts to drive issue resolution
• Manages project budget forecasts and actuals while preparing dashboard reporting for executive communication
• Engages stakeholders to mitigate concerns and leads discussions to keep project activities on schedule

Required qualifications

• Prior SAP ERP project experience, preferably with SAP S/4 Hana related to Business Data Cloud, Group Reporting, or Project Systems
• Proven stakeholder relationship building skills for cross-team collaboration at various management levels
• Experience in managing complex projects with large internal and vendor resource teams
• Ability to create and drive multiple project schedules in parallel
• Strong communication skills for project status updates across different leadership and team member levels
