Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the successful implementation of client programs, the full-time Project Manager will manage SaaS software development projects from initiation through to client training, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new client and program implementations through comprehensive planning and stakeholder engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on program requirements
- Facilitate project planning sessions and ensure effective communication of project status and client needs to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementations or client-facing projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other project management certifications preferred
