Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing and leading projects in a full-time remote capacity, the Project Manager will focus on achieving financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives across all project phases, supporting both production and design initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control programs to meet financial and delivery goals
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding program status and risks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while balancing short-term execution with long-term objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Program/Project Management, or Government Contract Administration
- Proven ability to manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule using established project management processes
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative culture
- U.S. Person status under ITAR regulations for access to sensitive information
