Project Manager
Job Summary
Driving PMO processes for a large enterprise-wide transformation program, the temporary Project Manager will develop integrated project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and facilitate program status reporting in a hybrid work environment based in Chicago.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and key milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project governance activities
- Monitor program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or enterprise initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methods
- Proven ability to manage complex project plans and stakeholder communications
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and status reports
