Job Summary

Managing multiple client engagements, the part-time hourly Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution while working remotely to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management across concurrent projects, including developing plans, coordinating resources, and tracking deliverables
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to address issues and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, action items, and next steps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred
• 4+ years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• 3+ years in a professional services or client-facing environment preferred
• Experience with project management platforms and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance project management workflows
