Job Summary

Leading project execution and management, the full-time Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and deadlines while overseeing quality control and coordinating team efforts, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking project progress and resource allocation
• Support the Account Services team by delivering project-related updates to clients and managing client communications as needed
• Ensure quality control measures are met and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of related experience in digital process and timeline creation
• Agency experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry marketing requirements is a plus
• Proficiency in electronic project management software
