Job Summary

Leading the deployment of GPS solutions for fleet customers across North America, the full-time Project Manager / Implementation Specialist will manage implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary customer contact while coordinating software configuration, hardware deployment, and training.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple GPS implementation projects, developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering business requirements and configuring solutions to meet operational needs
• Deliver training sessions and troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure successful adoption and project outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in software or hardware implementation
• Strong understanding of GPS and telematics systems
• Experience in training delivery and customer support
• Ability to analyze business processes and develop detailed feature requests
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
