Job Summary

Managing the entire project lifecycle, the full-time remote Account & Project Manager will focus on maximizing client satisfaction and achieving business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, budget-compliant project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with goals and data-driven insights
• Track and optimize project scopes and profitability while maintaining accountability for project timelines
• Partner with clients to define goals and success metrics, providing empathetic guidance throughout the project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management and/or agency experience
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of marketing and advertising projects, including KPI tracking
• Proficiency with project management software
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
