Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized Project Manager with three or more years of digital experience to coordinate cross-functional teams and support projects through planning, research, creative, engineering, production, and delivery in a full-time remote role.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and motivate teams throughout various project phases, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope
• Develop detailed project plans while managing budgets and monitoring project performance across multiple accounts
• Advocate for client needs and foster strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to influence decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, design, or UX project management
• Advanced knowledge of project management practices and modern marketing workflows
• Proficiency in project planning software such as SmartSheet and familiarity with tools like Monday, Jira, or Asana
• Experience with generative AI tools to support project management processes
