Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager will be responsible for project delivery from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Establish project governance, define scope and objectives, and maintain accountability for project performance
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, facilitating timely resolutions and stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of project management experience with accountability for complex initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading projects through the complete lifecycle from planning to closeout
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience presenting project status and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
