Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving multiple concurrent creative projects, the full-time Project Manager will collaborate with Brand Creative and various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team leadership to shape project strategy and prioritize work delivery
• Manage multiple projects and maintain a prioritized project schedule
• Write creative briefs and lead regular status check-ins with the team and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years managing end-to-end creative processes
• Knowledge of creative workflows, including graphic design and motion graphics
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple large projects
• Proficiency with Airtable, Google Suite, and Dropbox; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is a plus
