Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Project Manager will oversee the project lifecycle from implementation to completion within the Market Access division, managing project activities, timelines, and regulatory submissions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the status of ongoing projects, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
- Prepare, submit, and monitor medical legal regulatory submissions for accuracy and timely processing
- Collaborate with account and support teams to establish and modify project timelines, proactively resolving any issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional agency teams
- High motivation, strong work ethic, and personal initiative
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
