Job Summary

Leading operational projects end-to-end, the full-time Project Manager will manage initiatives from planning through implementation, drive efficiency initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Drive projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvements across the organization
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk assessments while monitoring performance metrics to demonstrate value delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management, operations, or process improvement experience, particularly in healthcare or insurance environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with process improvement methodologies or operational optimization initiatives preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
