Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading Agile software development teams, the full-time Project Manager will manage the full application and systems lifecycle for a federal healthcare modernization project in a 100% remote environment, ensuring alignment with program objectives, budgets, and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of application and systems projects using the SAFe DevSecOps framework
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage project schedules, costs, performance metrics, and delivery milestones using Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience managing IT projects
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects throughout the full application or systems development lifecycle
- Experience leading Agile Scrum teams and applying project management methodologies in software development environments
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage project costs, schedules, risks, and delivery progress
- U.S. Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance
