Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager, this remote full-time position will lead cross-functional internal projects from initial scoping through completion, focusing on process improvements, system rollouts, and multi-department initiatives while actively managing project tasks and maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders, assigning tasks, and driving accountability while completing project tasks as needed
• Partner with executive sponsors to scope internal projects, defining objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Build and maintain project plans, tracking progress, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely completion of projects

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
