Project Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing lighting and gear projects from initiation through completion, the full-time remote Project Manager will ensure accuracy, timely delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal and external teams and directing junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of lighting and gear projects from approval to completion
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Direct and evaluate Project Coordinators and junior team members, ensuring accountability for tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or the electrical construction industry
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Solar ERP or similar systems is advantageous
- Experience with lighting/gear-related projects is a plus
