Project Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Project Manager will oversee the project lifecycle from implementation to completion within the Market Access division, managing project activities, status reports, and regulatory submissions while working remotely and adhering to EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the status of ongoing projects, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
• Prepare, submit, and monitor medical legal regulatory submissions for accuracy and timely processing
• Collaborate with account and support teams to establish and modify project timelines, proactively resolving any timeline issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced agency environment
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional agency teams
• High motivation, strong work ethic, and personal initiative
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
