Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading project teams in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager will manage software delivery projects, coordinate initiatives from planning to completion, and fulfill Scrum Master responsibilities to enhance team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, providing timely solutions or escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in IT environments
- Proven ability to manage projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and related methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, and/or MS Project
- PMP, CSM, or other project management/scrum certifications
