Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the management of clinical research studies, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee project activities, manage sponsor and vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage study tracking databases and maintain regular communication with global study stakeholders
• Schedule and lead meetings, acting as the main point of contact for sponsors and CRO clients
• Oversee the regulatory onboarding process and manage study-specific documentation and training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in the clinical/healthcare industry, preferably in clinical research
• Strong understanding of project management and the clinical trial process
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
