Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables while supporting new state and contract launches.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects following established EPMO protocols and PMI-aligned methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Coordinate with executive sponsors, subject-matter experts, and external partners to ensure project success
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements through change requests and standardized SOPs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of PMI's PMBOK-based methodology; PMP certification or relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or Jira
