Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning a slate of concurrent projects, the full-time salaried Project Manager will manage project delivery from intake to closeout, ensuring clear communication and status reporting while working remotely across engineering, product, AI, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery by creating charters, schedules, and managing scope, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate project kickoffs, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
• Maintain project hygiene in Jira and Monday, ensuring accurate status updates and documentation

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in project management with a focus on software, digital, or marketing projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, with measurable improvements in performance metrics
• Strong command of project management practices, including charters, schedules, and RAID logs
• Hands-on experience with Jira and a work management platform such as Monday or Asana
• Ability to effectively communicate project status and updates tailored to different audiences
