Job Summary

To lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors while managing project execution from initiation through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution by managing internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate project status to clients and leadership

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively
