Job Summary

Managing a team of six employees, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee the delivery of Language Access Services for the Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on improving communication and accessibility for limited English proficiency communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and delivery of multimedia projects, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and deadlines
• Manage data collection and analysis projects to support communication efforts and performance metrics
• Facilitate meetings with federal clients and monitor team progress, providing guidance and support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or a related field
• At least four years of experience managing projects or programs of similar size and scope
• Proven ability to manage remote team members effectively
• Eligibility for an HHS Public Trust security clearance
