Job Summary

To support a leading organization in delivering impactful client programs, the temporary Project Manager will oversee operational execution, manage complex schedules, and ensure cross-functional alignment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational oversight across all client programs from strategy handoff to campaign execution
• Enforce accuracy for completion dates, schedule logic, and cross-team dependencies within Adobe Workfront
• Proactively identify and escalate schedule drift, capacity bottlenecks, or missing inputs to relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing delivery schedules, production pipelines, or PMO operations for multiple clients or complex programs
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Workfront in managing client dates and task dependencies
• Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement proactive escalation paths
• Availability for a rapid start to support a critical fixed-term engagement
