Job Summary
To support Customer Success initiatives, the full-time temporary Project Manager will drive execution across digital help, knowledge health, and quality feedback loop projects while working remotely and adhering to PST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring clear roadmaps and prioritization
- Facilitate proactive communication with cross-functional partners and leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks, flagging potential blockers in project execution
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project planning, including scoping and milestone tracking
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Experience with roadmapping and status reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking deliverables
- Comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams
