Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex Enterprise implementations, the full-time Project Manager will oversee multiple workstreams from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction while working in the Eastern or Central Timezone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams
• Oversee project team members across software implementation, solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development
• Set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology while managing scope and change requests against SOWs

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer-facing project management experience
• Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers on time and on budget
• Working knowledge of project management principles and tools
• PMP or another project management certification is a plus
