Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading Agile software development teams, the full-time Project Manager will manage the full lifecycle of application and systems projects for a federal government healthcare modernization initiative in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of application and systems projects using the SAFe DevSecOps framework
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and oversee project schedules, costs, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with technical leads to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure modernization initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects throughout the full application or systems development lifecycle
- Proven experience leading Agile Scrum teams and applying project management methodologies in software development
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage project costs, schedules, and risks
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance
