Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead the implementation of a modern Salesforce-based commercial cannabis licensing and regulatory management solution, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage overall delivery governance, implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including discovery, requirements validation, solution design, and deployment
• Establish and manage Agile project governance, including sprint planning and project performance monitoring
• Coordinate functional leads and stakeholders to ensure licensing and regulatory requirements are met in deliverable functionality

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience leading at least one enterprise system implementation for a large government entity utilizing a Salesforce solution within the past five years
• Minimum three years of experience supporting similar Salesforce solutions in jurisdictions with permitting, inspections, and code enforcement capabilities
• Experience with public-sector jurisdictions using products designed for commercial cannabis licensing, including translating unique ordinances into system configurations
• Familiarity with audit, internal control, and separation-of-duties requirements common to local governments
• Proven experience providing reporting and analytics tools for public-sector licensing or regulatory systems
