Job Summary
Owning the delivery of enterprise AI automation projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage client-facing initiatives from planning through rollout, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on all project elements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of key client and platform projects
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure clear documentation and communication with stakeholders, tracking action items and risks until resolution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with client-facing software or technology projects
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
