Job Summary

Managing Biometrics project teams from study start-up through closeout, the full-time Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, serve as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, and ensure effective team communication while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project teams across various departments, managing timelines, milestones, and financials
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, vendors, and project teams to enhance project delivery
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while supporting business development activities as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences; MBA or PMP preferred
• Three or more years of experience in the Pharma/CRO industry, specifically in Project Management
• Solid knowledge of Biometrics services and familiarity with FDA regulations and drug development processes
• Understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
