Job Summary

Guiding schools and districts through successful implementations, the full-time remote Project Manager will manage multiple projects, build client relationships, and ensure alignment with client goals while overseeing operational and financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project experience from kickoff through launch, ensuring clarity and confidence in implementations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Serve as a trusted client partner by leading discovery conversations and translating client needs into actionable plans

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or professional services
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying timelines
• Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with financial concepts relevant to software implementation
• Project management certification is a plus
