Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical trial study projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee project activities, ensure quality deliverables are met on time and within budget, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight for assigned clinical trial projects, including client communications and budget management
• Independently lead medium to high complexity global projects, coordinating with co-PMs and regional teams
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and CROs, ensuring adherence to reporting schedules and communication protocols

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with two years of central laboratory project management experience
• Associate's degree may be considered with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing clinical trial projects with multi-regional oversight
• Certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist and/or Registered Nurse is beneficial but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software is preferred
