Job Summary
Managing multi-site projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager will oversee contractors, designers, and vendors while ensuring project goals are met within time and budget constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, track, and manage project scope, change control, risk management, and quality assurance
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
- Analyze costs and prepare project summaries, ensuring adherence to operational objectives and standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management in construction or facilities
- Experience with multi-site retail projects preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS or BA Degree, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Projects; CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
