Project Manager

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, the full-time Project Manager will ensure financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met while working in a hybrid environment based out of Tulsa, OK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact, driving communication and resolving escalations throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to align with business targets
• Lead project execution by tracking milestones, reporting, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery and overall project performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within an engineering, heavy industrial, or construction firm
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 10 years' equivalent experience in project management-related roles
• Experience in managing financial aspects of project management including margin and cash flow
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
