Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the successful delivery of clinical research projects, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and compliance with budgets and timelines while collaborating with various stakeholders and managing project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and deadlines among departments, serving as the primary contact for sponsors and vendors
• Manage project quality and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, good clinical practices, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in training team members and provide project status updates to stakeholders while monitoring patient recruitment and site activities

Required qualifications

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research
• At least 3 years of experience in managing clinical studies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, as well as FDA and Canadian regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to manage small to medium projects and establish resource-based project plans in a team environment
