Project Manager

Job Summary

To support client shows and Creator Command Centers, the contract Project Manager will coordinate project activities, maintain communication across teams, and ensure timely delivery of client work in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and client stakeholders
• Build and maintain project workplans, timelines, and deliverable trackers while tracking progress against milestones
• Identify risks and resolve blockers to maintain forward momentum on client projects

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a media, creative, or agency environment
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with clear workplans and meeting cadences
• Experience as the primary contact for clients or senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Drive, Motion, Pipedrive)
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to drive alignment on client work
