Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of manufacturing automation and robotics initiatives, the contract Project Manager will work remotely to lead projects from definition through implementation across multiple U.S. sites, including Puerto Rico, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of automation and robotics projects, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify constraints and translate operational needs into project scope and deliverables
- Manage relationships with system integrators and technology partners, ensuring accountability for project delivery
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics and automation in brownfield environments
- Ability to independently drive work across multiple stakeholders and manage project ambiguity
- Experience translating workflows into requirements and managing external technical delivery partners
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and their operational limitations
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and relevant quality systems
