Job Summary

Driving cutting-edge robotics initiatives from concept to startup, the remote contract Project Manager will lead the execution of automation projects across multiple sites, managing scope, schedule, budget, and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned automation and robotics projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs
• Conduct on-site brownfield assessments to identify constraints and ensure reliable operation of robotics concepts
• Manage vendor relationships and challenge recommendations to align technical solutions with operational realities

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics and automation in brownfield manufacturing environments
• Strong technical and project leadership skills, including managing external delivery partners
• Practical understanding of manufacturing constraints such as process variability and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
